Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Inhaya by Ruqaiya, we ensure that every order is processed with complete detail and confirmation. However, we have a clear and fair policy for cancellations, exchanges, and refunds:

1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped.
• To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp/Call at 03353572269 or email us at inhayabyruqaiya@gmail.com with your Order Number. Once the order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled.

2. Exchanges & Returns

• Mistake from Our End: If we send an incorrect item, wrong size, or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it. In this case, Inhaya by Ruqaiya will bear 100% of the courier and shipping expenses.
• Change of Mind: If you want to exchange a product due to change of mind or personal preference (e.g., "I do not like the product"), we can process an exchange. However, the customer must bear all courier/shipping expenses for returning the item and shipping the new one.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if a wrong or damaged item was sent from our end, and the customer specifically prefers a refund instead of an exchange.
• No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or if the product details were correctly delivered as ordered.
