Refund & Exchange Policy

At Inhaya by Ruqaiya, we want you to love everything you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Eligibility

          Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order

          Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

          Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

          Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund — exchange only

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

          Wrong size received

          Wrong item received

          Item does not match the product description

          Size exchange by customer preference (subject to availability)

To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

          Item received is damaged or defective

          Item is significantly different from what was described

          Item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. As we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash as agreed.

Non-Returnable Items

          Items that have been used, washed, or altered

          Items without original tags or packaging

          Stain remover products (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

          Items purchased on final sale or clearance
