We deliver all across Pakistan — bringing Inhaya by Ruqaiya straight to your doorstep, wherever you are.

Delivery Coverage

We ship nationwide across Pakistan including but not limited to: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and all other cities and towns across all provinces.

Delivery Timeframe

•          Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

•          Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays

•          Business days are Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)

Order Processing

•          Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation

•          You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched

•          A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email upon dispatch

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Please check our current announcements on the website or Instagram for any free delivery promotions.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery basis. Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery.

Failed Deliveries

•          If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again

•          After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us

•          In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery

•          Re-delivery charges may apply for returned parcels

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately at inhayabyruqaiya@gmail.com or via Instagram DM.
