Orders

•          All orders are subject to availability and confirmation

•          We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity

•          You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled

Pricing

•          All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)

•          Prices are subject to change without notice

•          Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period

Payment

•          We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only

•          Payment is due at the time of delivery to the courier

•          Refusing to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reason may result in your account being flagged for future orders

Product Descriptions

•          We make every effort to accurately display product colours, sizes, and descriptions

•          Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting

•          If you receive a product significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours

Intellectual Property

•          All content on the Inhaya by Ruqaiya website — including images, text, logos, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Inhaya by Ruqaiya

•          Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited

Limitation of Liability

Inhaya by Ruqaiya is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the original purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
